The French footballer of Bayern Munich, Franck Ribery, has announced that he will leave the Bavarian club after having played 12 seasons with the elastic Munich. The attacker, who arrived in Germany from Olympique de Marseille, will not renew his contract and is looking for a new team to play next season.
He made it known through a statement posted on the club’s website: “When I arrived at Bayern, one of my dreams came true, the farewell will not be easy, but I will never forget the successes we have achieved together.”
As the Kicker magazine already advanced, the Frenchman would choose Qatar as a destination to finish his professional career. During his time as a Bayern player, Ribery has won a total of 22 titles: eight Bundesliga, five German Cups (DFB Pokal), five German Super Cups, a League Cup, a Champions League, a European Super Cup and a Club World Cup.
Ribery is joined by Bayern Robben march, two of those who have been referring players of Bayern in one of its most successful stages, as in 2013 in which he won six titles, as did Barcelona in 2009. Both They will receive a tribute at the end of the season.
